Can I cancel my order? Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped and the vendor can cancel in time. If the order has already been sent to the vendor we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call Military Shooters, LLC (608-464-7615) for return instructions. Returns are subject to a restocking charge as determined by the vendor. Sorry, but returns made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
I canceled my order but I have not received a credit yet. How long do credits take? Military Shooters, LLC does not charge your credit card until the order ships. Credits are not processed until the order has been returned following the proper "return policies" outlined above and below. A credit is then issued within 24 hours of receipt, but it may take 3-5 business days for your credit card company to apply it to your account. Credits should be reflected on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want? All purchases are subject to developer and distributor return policies. MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED AND THE CARRIER WILL CHARGE YOU FREIGHT IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. Call Military Shooters, LLC first (608-464-7615) for return policies and instructions and for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) if applicable. To avoid repackaging charges, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all documentation, manuals, licenses and registration cards. We suggest you keep the original packing for 30 days. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of the return.
What happens if the item I ordered is not available? Military Shooters, LLC vendors ship products before the estimated delivery date in the vast majority of cases.
Unfortunately, there are no estimated delivery dates for most ammunition. Your credit card will not be charged until the product ships. You have the ability to log into your account and cancel your order at any time. If your order is older than 30 days, or there is a price change when the product becomes available, a Military Shooters, LLC representative will contact you via e-mail to verify you still want the order filled. A backorder is not a price guarantee. On occasion, an order may be delayed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our immediate control. Military Shooters, LLC reserves the right to cancel your order at any time.
Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase? State tax is applied to all products shipped to Wisconsin customers. Out-of-state customers are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes for their state.
How long will it take to receive my order? The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 2-5 business days. **ALL AMMUNITION ORDERS MUST SHIP UPS GROUND ONLY.** Additional shipping charges will apply due to higher rates on accelerated delivery shipments. We ship UPS Ground Monday through Thursday. Our shipping and receiving department is closed on Fridays.
Can I have an order shipped to my PO Box? No. Merchandise is shipped via UPS, and UPS requires a valid street address. If a PO Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. Military Shooters, LLC can not ship to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses.
Can I ship my order to a different address? Yes, as long as it is not a firearm. When you place your order, just change your "Ship To" address (not your "Billing Address") to the address you want to ship your merchandise and then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box for any shipping address.
How are shipping charges calculated? Shipping charges vary according to product weight and destination. Military Shooters, LLC reserves the right to adjust flat rate shipping fees when charging your credit card based on actual costs.
Because Military Shooters, LLC does not inventory many of the items sold, your order may be shipped directly from one of our authorized vendor's warehouses closest to the shipping address. The individual vendor ultimately determines the method of product shipment. Therefore, we are not able to reduce the shipping charges for any reason.
Many products are shipped via UPS because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software. However, the method of shipment is always determined by the shipping vendor. In some cases, vendors have special arrangements with other package services such as FedEx, DHL, Speedy Delivery, etc.
